2. Products and prices

All items sold are pre-owned or vintage luxury bags. Each piece is authenticated by LegitGrails and graded by condition (Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair — details on the About page). Photographs depict the actual piece being sold.

Prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping and, for destinations outside the EU, import duties and local taxes, are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. See the Shipping & Returns page for full details.

3. Delivery terms and timelines (art. 4.º 1A, g))

Dispatch within a maximum of 7 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines by destination:

• Portugal: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• European Union: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• International (outside EU): 7–15 business days after dispatch

A tracking number is provided by email once the parcel leaves the atelier. All shipments are insured. Customs duties and taxes for non-EU destinations are the recipient's responsibility.

4. Right of free withdrawal (art. 10.º DL 24/2014)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right: inform us by email at geral@spottedlisbon.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form but it is not mandatory.

Consequences: we reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Reimbursement uses the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.

Conditions: the piece must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, dust bag, cards, and the LegitGrails authenticity certificate, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the piece was misdescribed by us.

5. Warranty (DL 67/2003)

Used goods are covered by a two-year conformity warranty under Portuguese law. This does not cover normal wear after delivery or damage caused by misuse. The piece's graded condition at the moment of sale is the reference for conformity.

6. Alternative Dispute Resolution (RAL)

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may refer the matter to a Portuguese consumer arbitration entity.

Preferred RAL entity: CNIACC — Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (cniacc.pt).

7. Livro de Reclamações (Electronic complaints book)

A Livro de Reclamações is available at livroreclamacoes.pt, as required under Decree-Law 156/2005.

8. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Portuguese Law 58/2019. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, how we use it, and how to exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection).

9. Ordering and payment

Placing an order is a binding offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Accepted payment methods: MBWay, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna (availability depends on your region). Payment data is processed by Shopify Payments and partner processors — we never see or store your card number.

10. Intellectual property

All text, photographs, and design elements are the property of Spotted Lisbon. Product images may not be reused without written permission.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Consumers benefit from any mandatory protection granted by the law of their habitual residence. Any dispute not resolved through RAL will be submitted to the courts of the district of Setúbal, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
