Order Processing
All items are carefully inspected and packaged before being shipped. Orders are dispatched within a maximum of 7 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Rates & Destinations
We ship worldwide from Lisbon, Portugal. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the items.

Domestic (Portugal): 1–3 business days after dispatch.

European Union: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International (Outside EU): 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, holiday periods, or external factors beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can monitor your package’s journey through the carrier’s official website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Within the European Union (EU): No customs fees or import duties apply.

Outside the European Union: For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Spotted Lisbon has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Delivery Responsibility
In accordance with Portuguese law, Spotted Lisbon remains responsible for the integrity of your order until it is successfully delivered to you.

Damaged Packages: If the packaging appears significantly damaged upon delivery, please document it with photos and, if possible, mention the damage on the carrier's delivery slip before signing.

Loss or Theft: In the rare event of a lost package, we will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and provide a resolution for you.
Failed Delivery & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. Spotted Lisbon is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, the customer will be responsible for the costs of re-shipping.
