Every single bag purchased from Spotted Lisbon comes with an official Certificate of Authenticity from LegitGrails included at no extra cost to you.

How we ensure authenticity:

1. Expert Inspection: Our in-house team first inspects every item for quality and craftsmanship.

2. Third-Party Verification: We partner with LegitGrails, a global leader in luxury authentication services. They use a combination of expert human analysis and AI technology to verify each item.

3. Your Proof: You will receive a digital/physical certificate with a unique code and QR code, allowing you to verify the authentication independently online.

No replicas. No fakes. Ever.

We believe in total transparency. Since these are vintage items, "used" is expected, but we grade them strictly so you know exactly what you are buying.

• Excellent
  Near perfect. The item shows almost no signs of wear. It may have very faint storage marks but looks almost new.

• Very Good
  Lightly used but well cared for. You might see minor wear on the corners, small scratches on hardware, or slight creasing on the leather.

• Good
  Visible signs of use. Expect some rubbing on corners, scratches, handle darkening, or softening of the bag's shape. Still beautiful and fully functional.

• Fair
  Heavy signs of use. The item has visible flaws such as significant scuffs, stains, or worn corners. Perfect for those who want a luxury piece at a lower price or enjoy a "lived-in" vintage look.

At Spotted Lisbon, we want you to be completely in love with your new vintage piece. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Standard Returns (Change of Mind): You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Item Not as Described: If you believe the item differs significantly from the description or photos, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

All our bags are shipped with a Security Tag attached.

• Do not remove this tag until you are 100% sure you want to keep the bag.

• Returns will NOT be accepted if the security tag has been removed, cut, or tampered with.

• The item must be returned in the exact same condition as it was sent, including the original Spotted Lisbon box, dustbag, and any accessories.

How to Return

1. Contact us at geral@spottedlisbon.com to initiate the return.

2. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

3. Once we receive the item and verify that the condition and security tag are intact, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

We ship worldwide from our headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal.

1. Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is confirmed, we prepare and dispatch it within 1–2 business days.

2. Signature Packaging & Security
Every item is packed with care to ensure it arrives safely and in style.

• The Unboxing: Your bag is carefully wrapped in protective tissue paper and shipped in our signature Spotted Lisbon Box, sealed with a security sticker to ensure it reaches you untouched.

• Important - Security Tag: A distinct Security Tag is attached directly to the bag. Please do not remove this tag until you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Returns will not be accepted if this tag is removed or tampered with.

3. Customs & Duties

• 🇪🇺 European Union Customers: NO Customs Fees. Since we ship from Portugal, there are absolutely no import taxes or hidden fees upon delivery for countries within the EU. The price you see is the price you pay.

• 🌍 International Customers (Non-EU): For countries outside the European Union (such as the UK, USA, Switzerland, etc.), import duties and taxes may apply once the package reaches your destination. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Tracking
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers with full tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our studio.

If you are looking for a specific model that is not in our current stock, we can help you find it. We work directly with trusted suppliers to source the bag you want, handling the entire process from search to authentication.

Here is the process:

1. Send Us Your Request
Contact us via Instagram or Email with the details of the bag you are looking for.

• Details: Please specify the Brand, Model, Size, and Color.

• Budget: Let us know your price range.

• Condition: Tell us if you prefer an item in excellent condition or if you are open to pieces with some signs of use.

2. We Search for It
We will check availability with our professional suppliers. We look for the best available option that matches your criteria and fits your budget.

3. Proposal & Deposit
Once we find a match, we will send you a detailed profile with photos, a condition report, and the final price.
If you decide to proceed, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the order and secure the item.

4. Authentication & Delivery
We order the bag to our studio in Lisbon. Upon arrival, we personally inspect the item and perform the LegitGrails authentication.
Once the bag is verified and ready, the remaining 50% balance is paid, and we ship it directly to you.
